auch mittlerweile bin ich immernoch der Meinung, dass dieses Buch seinem Ruf vollkommen gerecht wird. es ist die perfekte Einsteiger Lektüre, wenn man sich über längere Zeit mit Selbstverbesserung und Ratgebern auseinander setzen möchte.
ich las es in Englisch, da ich mein lese-englisch verbessern wollte.

Klar, man merkt, dass es vor hundert Jahren geschrieben wurde. Aber dieses Buch hilft einem in so vielen Belangen! Ich halte absolut nichts von Selbsthilfebüchern. Aber wenn ich jemandem ein Selbsthilfebuch empfehlen würde, dann dieses. Das geniale an diesem Buch ist, dass es dir nicht die perfekte Lösung zeigt, sondern dir Instrumente in die Hand gibt, um deinen Einstellung dir gegenüber zu ändern, Selbstliebe zu praktizieren und dich von einem Rohdiamanten zu einem Brillanten schleift, sodass du am Schluss selber die perfekte Lösung für dich findest. Absolut geniales Buch, welches ich garantiert allen schenken werde in Zukunft, die sich für dieses Thema interessieren!
