Zunächst wird erklärt, wieso es überhaupt zu Unterschieden zwischen den beiden Geschlechtern kommt. Es gibt biologische sowie soziokulturelle Determinanten, die ein typisch weibliches bzw. typisch männliches Verhalten entstehen lassen. Da sowohl die Natur, als auch die Erziehung den Menschen maßgeblich in seiner Geschlechtsrollenfindung beeinflussen, kann man die beiden Geschlechter nicht in allen Bereichen gleichstellen. Daher wäre es gut, die Geschlechter im Unterricht zumindest zeitweise zu trennen. Mädchen und Buben können sich so ihren Anlagen entsprechend entwickeln. Werden beide Geschlechter koedukativ unterrichtet, so hat die Lehrperson die Aufgabe, Mädchen und Jungen gleichberechtigt zu fördern.
This dissertation at hand deals with the equalisation between girls and boys. At the beginning there is an explanation why there are differences between those two sexes at all. In fact, there are both biological and sociological determinants, who create a typical female and male behaviour respectively. Due to the fact that nature as well as education of people can influence them enormously on their way to acquire their own personality and sexuality development, it is impossible to equate both sexes in each surrounding area. As you might see, it would be better to split up girls and boys during lessons which would encourage them to develop their characters individually. On the other hand, if both girls and boys were educated next to each other in the same class, the teaching person would have to manage advancing both of them equally and uniformly.
