The Editors: Gaetano Rando is Associate Professor in Italian Studies and English Language and Linguistics at the University of Wollongong. He has written extensively on Italian Australian studies and the associated migration and cultural issues.
Gerry Turcotte is Professor of English and Executive Dean of the College of Arts & Sciences at the University of Notre Dame, Australia. He is the author and editor of fourteen books including the novel Flying in Silence which was short-listed for The Age Book of the Year in 2001.
