By far the most useful and eye opening parenting book I have come across. We have been able to deescalate or prevent many situations since. It’s actually a guide that would apply to any relationship - not just with kids; so lot’s of inspiration for dealing with couple situations too.
Note: The coaching language is sometimes a bit too much for my taste and some of the examples (esp. on punishment) seem bit dated, but that does not affect the value.
