Spannend vom Anfang bis zum (explosiven) Ende! Ein äußerst sympathischer Held, glaubhafte Dialoge, rasante und wirkungsvolle Szenenwechsel und natürlich haarsträubende Morde treiben die Handlung, die man so nur aus dem Film kennt, die sich aber noch besser liest. Auch für Einsteiger in die "Alex Cross"-Serie zu empfehlen; zudem interessant für jene, die das "Aus-Freund-wird-Erzfeind"-Schema der letzten Jahre mitverfolgen wollen.
Die Ausgabe als e-book ist gut gelungen; im Anhang gibt es einige Vorschauen.
