""An Apology For The Use Of The English Liturgy And Worship: Against The Cavils And Exceptions Of The Presbyterians In North Britain In A Letter To Francis Milvil"" is a book written by an anonymous author who identifies as a citizen of Aberdeen. The book was published in 1718 and serves as a defense of the English liturgy and worship practices against criticisms made by Presbyterians in North Britain. The author argues that the English liturgy is a legitimate and beneficial form of worship, and that criticisms of it are unfounded. The book takes the form of a letter addressed to Francis Milvil, who is likely a prominent Presbyterian figure in North Britain. The author uses various arguments and examples to support their defense of the English liturgy, including appeals to history, theology, and personal experience. Overall, ""An Apology For The Use Of The English Liturgy And Worship"" is a significant work in the history of religious debates and controversies in Britain during the early 18th century. This scarce antiquarian book is a facsimile reprint of the old original and may contain some imperfections such as library marks and notations.
