On all Hallow's Eve, Doyle, Mario and his men return to Ireland to seek out Cyrus Muir. Cyrus in the meantime is plotting to snag Doyle and put him away forever. If he succeeds in doing this, the future of Ireland is doomed. With the aid of the parish priest, Father Halligan, a local teenager, Seamus Flynn, and an old fisherman, Selby Sloan, Doyle devises what he hopes is a foolproof plan, but he fails to reveal a secret to Mario and the others-a secret that can destroy them all.
