""Yusef; Or The Journey Of The Frangi: A Crusade In The East"" is a historical novel written by John Ross Browne. The story is set during the Crusades in the 12th century and follows the journey of Yusef, a Muslim boy who is taken captive by Christian knights. Yusef is forced to accompany the knights on their journey to Jerusalem, where they plan to fight against the Muslims. Along the way, Yusef witnesses the brutality and cruelty of the Crusaders, and he struggles to reconcile his own beliefs with the actions of the Christians. As he travels through unfamiliar lands and encounters new cultures, Yusef begins to question his own identity and his place in the world. The novel is a gripping tale of adventure, betrayal, and self-discovery, and it offers a unique perspective on the Crusades from the point of view of a Muslim captive. This scarce antiquarian book is a facsimile reprint of the old original and may contain some imperfections such as library marks and notations. Because we believe this work is culturally important, we have made it available as part of our commitment for protecting, preserving, and promoting the world's literature in affordable, high quality, modern editions, that are true to their original work.
