Harvey A. Levine has been a project management specialist andconsultant since 1962. In addition to contributing to PM journalsand web sites, Levine provides applications, system design, andconsulting services in project planning and control. He served aspresident and chairman of the board of directors of the ProjectManagement Institute and is a PMI fellow. He is the author ofPractical Project Management from John Wiley & Sons.
