The present work deals with the fabrication of Aluminium Hybrid composites by means of Friction stir processing. Hybrid composite is formed by dispersion of zirconium and glass powder in Aluminium alloy 6082. Al 6082 has been selected as matrix alloy while Zirconium and Glass powder of sizes 540nm and 151nm are considered as reinforcements. Microstructure, hardness, and wear behaviour of hybrid composite have been investigated and compared with base metal alloy.
