This research investigated the relationship between transformational leadership style of principals and job satisfaction of teachers in the Secondary Schools in the State of Perak. This research used quantitative approach which is structure questionnaire survey. The Principal Leadership Questionnaires (PLQ) and the Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire (MSQ) were used in the questionnaires. Questionnaires were distributed to more than 500 teachers in the secondary school and approximately 348 set of questionnaires were collected back and usable. All the data obtained from respondents were used to analyze by using SPSS version 20.0. Descriptive analysis, Pearson correlation coefficient analysis and multiple linear regression analysis was used in this research. The result shows that all the IVs are positively correlated with teacher's job satisfaction. However, regression analysis result shows that there are only 3 IV's are showing high variance in explaining teacher's job satisfaction.
