Moses Mfune does not believe in protectionism. The last two decades has seen him facilitating trade firstly as an official with Zambia Customs before joining the Dar es salaam corridor secretariat. He graduated with a Masters from Cape Town University, a postgraduate diploma from Lund University and has a bachelors from the University of Zambia.
