Lothrop Stoddard (1883 - 1950) was an American political theorist, historian, eugenicist and anti-immigration advocate. Stoddard was educated at Boston University and Harvard. He wrote several books on scientific racism. His most famous book was The Rising Tide of Color Against White World-Supremacy in 1920.
