Azriel R. Azarcon is the president of PABATS, president and professor of Church History at PTS College & Advanced Studies-Philippines. He holds degrees from Evangelical Theological College of the Philippines (B.Th.), Presbyterian Theological Seminary (M.Div.), Asia Graduate School of Theology (M.Th.) and Trinity International University (Ph.D.)
