Autorenporträt
Mr. Insolia played a leadership role in four of the most significant business transformation and business re-engineering efforts of the past decade: IBM, Department of Defense, NYC Government, and now NYS Government. For each of these business transformations he applied well defined business models like the Porter Value Chain Model and business process improvement/re-engineering techniques to optimize many facets of these businesses. Today he applies his leadership skills and knowledge of business transformation in his own management consulting business for clients like the Department of Veteran Affairs and other agencies of the Federal Government.
