Der frühere Professor an der Universität von Toronto zählt zu seinen Kunden unter anderem die US Air Force, das Pentagon, das FBI sowie zahlreiche Industrie- und Regierungsorganisationen.

Howard E. Book ist Organisationsberater und Psychiater sowie Professor für Psychiatrie an der Universität von Toronto. Er ist außerdem Mitglied der Arbeitsgemeinschaft für Forschung auf dem Gebiet der Emotionalen Intelligenz in Unternehmen.
