Rezensionen
"This is an important book written by one of Canada's leading Sinologists. Paltiel brings to life China's preoccupation with sovereignty and shows why this issue lies at the heart of China's actions in the world. This book is richly researched and well-written. Those who want to obtain a better understanding of China's "rise" to prominence as a great power in this century will be well-advised to read Paltiel's thoughtful and timely work."
