This research addresses aspects related to the preparation of primary teachers to lead the process of educational inclusion of the learner with an intellectual disability. It presents a proposal for workshops aimed at preparing primary school teachers for the educational inclusion of students with intellectual disabilities. The workshops are distinguished by their interdisciplinary and interactive character, by their corrective-compensatory nature, and by the role of the teacher as an integrating agent of the system of educational influences that is reverted in the preparation for the life of the students. It is based on the educational sciences: philosophy, sociology, psychology and pedagogy, and other sciences such as biology and legal sciences, based on the application of various organizational forms (professional courses and workshops).
