The Responsibility to protect is discussed in relation to the subject. The book wraps up with a conclusion and recommendations to be considered in promoting continental peace and security in Africa.

El autor es doctorando en relaciones internacionales en la Universidad de Ankara Yildirim Beyazit, en Ankara (Turquía), con una maestría en derecho de los Estados privados en la Universidad de Gazi (Ankara) y una licenciatura en derecho de la Universidad Islámica de Uganda. Ha publicado documentos sobre los derechos de los trabajadores, las mujeres en el liderazgo y la diplomacia.
