Melanie Sherlock was born in Augsburg, Germany, but has lived in and around the Greater Toronto Area for over 20 years. She lived abroad in Germany for a year during her undergrad while finishing her Bachelor of Arts. She has also obtained her Bachelor of Education, and holds a diploma in Early Childhood Education. She has always had a love for math and enjoys teaching her students different and interesting perspectives on various math topics. The idea for this book came from a child's wonder, and then she started her own adventure of writing her very first children's book. ~ Enjoy!
