Nacido el 27 de diciembre de 1978, Ashani Michel Dossoumou es Doctor en Lingüística aplicada a la Literatura (DLing) por la Universidad de Abomey-Calavi (UAC°? Benín. Cuenta con 18 años de experiencia en interpretación de conferencias internacionales. Actualmente es profesor de Lingüística Inglesa Aplicada y de Estilística Contrastiva Francés-Inglés.
