Focus of this study is to evaluate the imaging characteristics of abdominal and pelvic lesions on DWI, determine clinical applications and correlate ADC (Apparent Diffusion Coefficient) values of DWI restricting lesions with histopathology findings. Conclusion: DWI improved lesion characterization, identifying more lesions than conventional sequences, delineating local infiltration of malignant lesions without administration of gadolinium.
