Dr Analyn Valencia-Inarda is an Assistant Professor II and a Graduate School Secretary at a premier state university in Rizal,Philippines.She finished her baccalaureate degree Cum Laude.Dr Inarda obtained her post graduate degree at Polytechnic University of the Philippines where she had extensive research on Disaster Management.
