The latency is decreased and amplitude is increased on stimulation of dominant eye when compared to non-dominant eye. Visual Acuity must be considered in the interpretation of the V. E. P. s recorded for other visual disorders.V E P are affected in refractive errors and eye dominance and should be taken into account while comparing V E P s of the two eyes of the same subject. The V.E. P. s are affected in subjects with refractiveerrors irrespective of correction and given individuals show right or left eye dominance in V E P recordings of both eyes of the same subject.
