Susan E. Erikson has an MA in historical theology from Westminster Seminary California. She has been married for forty-eight years, raised three children, and is the grandmother of nineteen. She is a writer, poet, teacher, and artist and the author of ""What Do We Do About Sunday School?"" (Modern Reformation Magazine), Through Dark Rivers (2011, 2012), Walking, Walking Through the Stress of Life (2014), When Dragons War (2018), and Reflections on Revelation in the Time of COVID (2021).
