I am not going to compare my experiences of recovery with anyone else's recovery, nor is what I am going to illustrate applicable to everybody. My main objective is that I will inspire hope to others that may or may not be similarly afflicted with mental health issues and belief for their carers and loved ones. This is based on personal experience throughout my life up to date.
