The socio-critical theory, among other things, helps to better understand the phenomenon that community kitchens generate in vulnerable populations, how their implementation and response is developed by the collective, having a great acceptance in the populations when they fall in the weak points and allow the support of the usual deficiencies: economy, food, diet, human rights and public policy in health.
