The future of any nation depends largely on the quality of its youth. Nigeria established a Youth Policy in 2001, to be a guide towards achieving youth development in the country. However, the condition of the youth in the country has remained appalling. Chapter four reviews the implementation of the Youth Policy using thematic areas like education, etc. Chapter five is the conclusion.
