Hossam Mosbah was born in, Libya 1984.He received his B. Sc. degree in electrical engineering from the College of Engineering Technology, Houn, Libya in 2007. He received M. A. Sc. Degree in electrical engineering from Dalhousie University, Halifax, NS, Canada. He is currently a Ph.D. Candidate at Dalhousie University.
