Mohammed R. Abbas Al-Jumaily é engenheiro genético na detecção da ciência das plantas geneticamente modificadas. Nasceu em Bagdad/ Iraque/1984. É licenciado em ciências agrícolas e tem mestrado em engenharia genética e biotecnologia. Trabalha no laboratório Finger Print/ Direcção de Teste e Certificação de Sementes/ Ministério da Agricultura/ Iraque.
