Lorna Richardson is a Lecturer in Commercial Law and Programme Director of the International Commercial Law and Practice LLM at Edinburgh University. She was a solicitor for seven years, practising as a commercial litigator, with major Scottish law firms prior to joining the University. She is a member of the Edinburgh Centre for Commercial Law. Craig Anderson is a Lecturer in Law at Robert Gordon University, specialising in Property Law and Conveyancing. He is also the Head the LLB Law and Management courses. Before joining the University in 2006, Craig spent four years at Registers of Scotland, first as a Legal Researcher and subsequently as a Junior Legal Adviser. This title is included in Bloomsbury Professional's Scottish Law and Scots Law Student online services.
