The urgency and necessity of strategy of management of granting of housing-and-municipal services defines importance of working out a strategic plan and algorithm of strategy of management of granting by housing-and-municipal services at municipal level owing to what there were tasks in view: formation method of planning of system of granting housing and municipal services at municipal level and algorithm of working out of the strategic plan of system housing and municipal services.
