R.S. Carter was born in the United Kingdom, living with her grandfather in Ireland until the age of five. She moved to the United States and then moved around quite a bit until settling in Reno, Nevada, where she now resides with her husband and children. Along the way, she has decided to write about people and situations- sometimes tragic, other times fanciful. She loves traveling and time with her family, enjoying far-off and sometimes not-so-far-off places.
