As humanity develops, it takes and consumes more and more resources with no intent of returning them. Companies are major consumers and in carrying out their activities, they are responsible not only for those resources they use, but also for systems they provide with resources. This book investigates what corporate social responsibility means for companies and how can they create a sustainable and socially responsible management system. It describes required standards in the company, focusing on how they relate to each other and how are they integrated. The theoretical overview presents the concept of corporate social responsibility and the ISO 9001:2015, ISO 26000:2010 and IQNet SR10 standards. The analysis includes the first company in the Republic of Croatia that was certified for corporate social responsibility. The aim is to show the correlation between corporate social responsibility and an integrated quality management system, as well as to answer the question of how to create a sustainable system of governance and social responsibility. This book could help companies and responsible teams and individuals within, to re-think the business strategy and act more responsible.
