Nacido el 01.12.1950 en Karaganda. Después de graduarse en el instituto en 1973 obtuvo la profesión de ingeniero metalúrgico. En 1982 defendió su tesis de doctorado y en 2008 su tesis doctoral. - tesis de doctorado en 1982 y en 2008. Actualmente enseño en la universidad.
