Dr. Perumal Mariappan is currently Head, Dept. of Mathematics, Bishop Heber College, Trichy. To his credit he published so for Fifty Text books, 125 International Research Articles, Presented papers in more than ten countries. Till date received 17 Awards, Conducted many International Conferences and Workshops. Chief editor in many Int. Journals.
