A recipient of the Award of Excellence from CanPak Chamber of Commerce Canada, Angelica Ganea graduated College from Fitness Leadership and operated her own fitness centre. She is also the author of 'Remember Who You Are: the Story Behind the Song', a book of short stories which accompanies her first original music CD. In 2015 Angelica Ganea released the single 'Ave Maria', shortly followed by 'Sacred', a CD with classical favorites. Published in 2018, 'Habits Rule You: One Simple Answer to Achieving Your Nutrition & Fitness Goals' is the first book in Angelica Ganea's series of self-help works.
