I am currently a doctoral researcher at Greenwich School of Management, London, UK. I have both BA and MA in English and MSc in human resource management from University of Wales. I am a published poet; my articles have also appeared in international journals such as Leadership (Sage), Thunderbird International Business Review, Matatu,JSDA & JPAS.
