The present research suggests turning to a new phenomenon - youth parliamentarism in the water. Youth parliamentarism in the water developed in the world for about twenty years. Experiences of Youth Parliaments for Water in the world have already shown the effectiveness of the youth involvement in popularization of issues related to water and its use. The goal of this work is to carry out social and political research aimed at identifying possibility for the establishment of the Central-Asian Youth Parliament for Water (CAYPW). The geographical scope of the research is covered by five countries of CA (Kazakhstan, Kyrgyz Republic, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan), including Afghanistan and Mongolia.
