This book expounds the realities and existing drivers that has lead to the cropping up child headed households in this developing economy of Uganda referred to as the Pearl of Africa and in particular Mityana district one of the local administrative unit that makes up Uganda, the book also expatiate more on the factors why hundreds of child household heads who have exhibited enormous energies and resilience in providing care and protection for themselves and siblings despite the high youth unemployment levels in Uganda.
