Bior Aguer Kuir is a self published author of Journal of a Refugee and Divinity.Aguer has featured on ABC Overnight and national news on his authorship and emerging research into education for the African diaspora within Australia with the University of South Australia.A Journalist for African Australia known as A2 Aguer continues to bring diverse communications towards the communities Aguer interactswithin.Featuring also in the Inaugural Poetry showcase in 2021 South Australia Aguer has stood out within the poetry scene across Australia. Aguer became a Global Shape in 2021.Aguer is also the producer of a podcast known as 'What's Your Voyage' where Aguer and Host Media and Communications Advisor Hamish MacLachlan-Lester.Also, an artist for SANAA festival 2023 and has appeared at the Adelaide fringe twice. One for 'Journey' Tandanya Theatre SA 2021 and CANCELLED at Club Cabaret 2022, Mixbag poetry 2022 and Soul Lounge Melbourne 2023.An outspoken public speaker Aguer has done talks for Multicultural Council SA (MCCSA), Young Change Makers Summit SA, Foundation House, Miss Africa 2021, Ceremonies SA,Tea Tree Gully Council, and appeared on many talks such as Meet Adelaide. Aguer was also a presenter for Africa Day at Parliament house South Australia and community engagement officer for the Adelaide Set, Australia's largest social media platform.Aguer established Artistry Within with independent sonic-activist DyspOra in 2022 Adelaide, South Australia. Aguer spends his time where his heart lies, within the community, as a South Sudanese Youth Leader Aguer is constantly active in pushing for representation and telling his story, Aguer is a Community Engagement Officer of the Adelaide Set, Producer at African Australia A2 and performs poetry for the SouthSudanese Basketball and Soccer Team Tournaments.
