Mitchell J. Chang is Assistant Professor of Higher Education and Organizational Change at the University of California, Los Angeles. Daria Witt was a Social Science Research Associate at the Center for Comparative Studies in Race and Ethnicity, Stanford University, and now teaches English as a second language in New York City.
