An educator with 32 years experience in education, Dr Mbozi is currently the Performance Monitoring Advisor at Step-Up Zambia. He has facilitated workshops in quality education and qualitative research methods and Action Research in Ethiopia, Mozambique, Zambia and Zimbabwe. Dr Mbozi obtained all his degrees from the University of Zambia.
