Lucky T. Abdulsalami was born on 25th September, 1969 at Magongo in Ogori-Magongo LGA of Kogi State. He attended ABU, Zaria and graduated with the following certificates.1991 Diploma Lib Sci. 1997 BLIS,2000 MIAD, 2005 MLC, 2010 MLIS, PhD Lib Science UNN. He is Married to the Co-author Paulina F. Salami a Library Scientist with Four children, boys.
