Cervical cancer is the 2nd most common cancer among woman in the world. For last few decades several experimental approaches have been done to reveal the cause of the disease and the prevention of it. Various experiments have been done on the main factor is Human Papiloma Virus (HPV) which has a relation with HIV. The genome analysis of the virus was done in several labs in the world to get an inner eye of the deadly infection. Depending on the research works done before we have modeled some mechanism of the infection. By searching the database for the oncogene in the host genome we have tried to reveal some fatal mutation for the disease. And also the HPV incorporation in the host genome. It is also concluded that the relation between the protein responsible for this disease may share a common domain or conserved region by dong a MSA between the protein retrieved from the database.
