Simon Baev holds a Ph.D degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Alabama in Huntsville (2008); M.S. in Computer Engineering from the University of Alabama in Huntsville (2008); His research interests include sliding mode control theory and its applications to the power electronics (electric power conversion, motor control).
