It involves the study of the effects of biologically active compounds on the basis of molecular interactions in terms of molecular structure or its Physico-chemical properties involved. Molecular docking is a kind of bioinformatic modeling which involves the interaction of two or more molecules to give the stable adduct. Depending upon binding properties of ligand and target, it predicts the three-dimensional structure of any complex.
