Onwubiko, Emmanuel is a certified librarian in Nigeria (CLN), a fellow of the Institute of Corporate Administration (FCAI), a fellow, Scholars Scientific and Academic Society (FSASS) and a Lecturer-Librarian. He has written and published seven books in Library and Information and has over forty articles published in international journals.
