Autorenporträt
Ulrika Dezé, based in Paris, is the Franco-Swedish founder of YOGAMINI, a fun, educational program aimed at children, families, and professionals. She has an MA in education and has been a yoga teacher for more than ten years. Currently, she is working to introduce yoga and mindfulness into schools, museums, and hospitals settings. Dezé also trains teachers and healthcare professionals. Her aim is to help her students acquire the skills that will help them to meet challenges and to develop their physical, mental, and emotional strength. She explores different ways of incorporating music, arts, ecology, and foreign languages into yoga. Dezé is currently conducting her PhD research project in education at the University of Geneva.
