Rozhgar Jalal Khidhir. He was born in 1983, Erbil. He was attending English Dept./College of Basic Education/ Salahaddin University - Erbil from 2002 to 2006. After that and having successfully completed the courses, he was awarded MA in Sulaimani Univ. Now, he is a faculty member giving lectures at English Dept./ Basic Education college.
